3) When participating in any exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk.
4) UFiiT by Adrianne is not liable for any personal injury or death that results from use of this exercise program. You release UFiiT by Adrianne from all liability for injury or death that results from your participation in this exercise program.
5) UFiiT by Adrianne strongly recommends that you consult a physician before beginning use of the service or any exercise program or training session. Not all exercise programs are appropriate for everyone.
