This journey was the experience of a lifetime. I have never learned so many valuable lessons that apply to all areas in my life as I did on this journey.

I’ve struggled with my weight my whole life. After having my son, I weighed my heaviest at 215 pounds, two months later my dad passed away. I started training with Adrianne 2 weeks later and little did I know at that time that this journey would not only get me healthy again but give me a healthy means to dealing with my grief.

I’ve been in the gym since I was 15 years old and worked with numerous trainers. I quickly realized after starting with Adrianne that for the first time in my life I had found a trainer that not only understood the exercises I needed for my body type but also what I needed mentally to undergo my transformation.

I’m a mom, a wife and I have my own business so I don’t have time to work out 6 days a week and I don’t have to with Adrianne’s UFiiT method. I do 3 days a week, which is the minimum he asks for. For any moms out there who think you have to give up on your body after having kids you really don’t. What you need to do is train with Adrianne and commit to the process. There is no magic pill but if you commit to yourself, he will commit to you every step of the way. I truly feel blessed to train with Adrianne, and he’s stuck with me until he decides to retire.

Adrianne informed me I would be a great candidate to compete in a fitness competition and I laughed as I had never lifted a weight or hit a treadmill until I met him.
