When it comes to nutrition, there seems to be a lot of confusion. Depending on who you talk to, you might get a different answer about what to eat, how to promote weight-loss and fitness, and ways to improve overall health through nutrition.

This lack of consensus can make diet and nutrition complicated, especially when there are so many beliefs and opinions that are out there that are not based on scientific evidence.

    The Ufiit method is not a starvation diet or fad, it is a lifestyle that allows clients to enjoy things in life while also complimenting their health, fitness and well-being
