Exercise Tips for your Body type

  • Endomorphs
    • Avoid  compression exercises
      • (for example (no squats, shoulder presses)
    • Avoid running Anaerobic. Cardio works better.

 

  • Ectomorphs
    • Avoid doing too many reps. 10-15 reps of 3 to 4 sets are recommended to prevent repetitive strain damage to the joints and ligaments
    • Avoid exercises like back bends and squats with the back

 

  • Mesomorphs
    • Avoid extremely heavy weights. Low to moderate weights and high reps are recommended.
    • Do about 35-50 mins
