Healthy meals in 15 Minute | Chicken Dinner

4 (4 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Add a third cup of low fat no sugar yogurt.

1-½ cups water
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 cups rice, uncooked
2 cups broccoli, frozen

In a large skillet brown chicken adding soup, water, paprika, and
pepper. Stir and heat until boiling. Stir in quinoa (flakes) and broccoli. Cook
until rice is done. Add cooked chicken and top with paprika and
pepper.

You can chop the chicken into a salad or eat it with brown or wild rice as well.
